Absent prior arrangements, check in time is 3 to 5 pm and checkout is 9 am. Due to the remoteness of the area, those guests whose flights arrive into San Jose after 1 pm will need to overnight in San Jose, Atenas, Jaco or another layover spot before driving in to Casa de Ventanas the next day. Please see our suggestions in "Maps/Directions" for overnight suggestions. No refunds available 120 days or less prior to check-in date.
